ASR Alert Systems is a patented state-of-the-art critical incident response technology specializing in the field of alert notifications to law enforcement and first responders in the event of an active shooter or other crisis.

The ASR First Responder Police Dispatch Console is a stand-alone wireless (cellular) console that resides inside the Dispatch Centers, Emergency Operations Centers, Real-Time Crime Centers, and Intelligence Fusion Centers and does not require a computer or additional hardware. THE CONSOLE IS ACTIVATED WHEN A CRITICAL INCIDENT HAPPENS AT AN ASR CLIENT-INSTALLED LOCATION.

One singular console can accept alert communications from an unlimited number of schools or businesses in your jurisdiction. Your department would only need one console to cover all ASR client-installed locations in your area.

The console cannot be used to access any other function, such as the internet or apps. It requires only a power outlet and does not require any user sign-in. The console simply sits in kiosk mode, awaiting signal activation from an ASR-protected organization.

ASR will provide your department with a Memorandum of Understanding (Hold Harmless Agreement)

THIS EXAMPLE MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING (“MOU”) pertains to the operation of an alert notification system at ASR customer locations served by LEO and would be executed by each participating LEO organization.

Whereas, ASR has developed a proprietary system and related security technology (the “ASR Alert System”) designed to provide a secure support system and alert notifications to law enforcement and first responders in the event of an emergency or threat crisis. The ASR Alert System is intended to enhance the capacities of law enforcement, public safety, and Customer personnel;

Whereas, following the identification of an emergency or threat, a customer activates the ASR Alert System via a stationary wall-mounted activation point or mobile pendant lanyard. Alert notifications are sent directly to designated customer personnel and law enforcement. Law enforcement responds to the alert notification at identified Customer’s facility; and

WHEREAS, LEO has agreed to receive and respond to the alert notifications from ASR’s Customer facility.

ASR, for itself and its successors and assigns, does hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless LEO from and against all expenses, costs, claims, and/or liabilities arising from or in any way related to, the ASR Alert System, including, but not limited to, the cost and expense of any required repair, and/or replacement of the Premises, or any part thereof, arising from or related to LEO’s response to any alert signal originated from the Premises or Customer. This indemnity extends to any bodily injury or property damage suffered by Customer(s), its agents, employees, guests, invitees, or others at the Premises.

How It Works

An emergency or threat presents itself at an ASR client-installed business or establishment.
The ASR Alert System (critical incident response technology) is activated by the ASR client via one of the stationary wall-mounted activation points. mobile pendant lanyards or ASR APP. Sirens and strobes are initiated to alert their internal personnel and to disorient the active shooter/assailant.
Upon initiation, your LEO organization will receive immediate emergency alerts via the console housed inside your Dispatch Center, Emergency Operations Center, Real-Time Crime Center, or Intelligence Fusion Center (Further and additional alerting capabilities are also available). Our critical incident response technology is the trigger to initiate the life-saving response from your law enforcement organization.
Your law enforcement personnel will be able to move quickly to neutralize the threat and tend to the emergency at hand. The ASR Alert System saves time by providing the exact location of the threat as well as images from the system cameras where applicable.
